Tools/Materials Needed

• 2M2 Tank 2 Pro CNC machine
• HON66 key blank
• Original Honda U-padlock key
• Digital caliper (recommended)
• 2M2 Tank 2 mobile app

Step 1: Modify Key Dimensions
Measure Original Key

Use calipers to record:

Width: 680 mm

Thickness: 180 mm


Adjust Width

In app: Generate key type >> Modify Key >> Modify width

Enter measured width (e.g., 6.80mm)

Secure blank in clamp and process



Adjust Thickness

Select Modify thickness
