1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days (excluding holidays) after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email [sales@2M2TANKshop.com] with your order number and reason.

  2. Approval: We will email a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Ship Back: Include all accessories, gifts, and manuals in the original packaging. Without an RA number, returns will be rejected.

4. Shipping & Tracking

  • Quality Issues: We provide a prepaid return label.

  • Other Reasons: Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx). Email the tracking number immediately after dispatch.

  • Deadline: Return must be postmarked within 7 days of RA approval.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. The actual time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if not yet shipped.

  • Shipped orders must follow the return process above.
